At Krishnarpan, Nepali dining stretches to its fullest expression: a curated procession of plates carrying the country's geography from plains to peaks. Menus run to six, twelve, or even twenty-two courses, each a marker of season and place — lentils with the taste of the Terai's riverbeds, greens gathered in winter fields, yak cheese carrying the tang of altitude. Ingredients arrive from our own farms, yet the recipes belong both to family and to generations past — handed down, adapted, remembered in taste.

Mako's carries the name of the chef who shaped its soul — Japanese technique at its most disciplined, where every cut, every temperature, every detail is held to account. Once Dwarika Das's home, Fusion still carries the feel of a house lived in. Cocktails lean on Himalayan botanicals; shelves hold Nepali whiskies and raksi beside fine wines; small plates echo the flavours of the Valley.
