The Royal Suite evokes the grandeur of the Malla era, carrying the presence of a residence meant to be inhabited. Spanning three levels and more than 140 square metres, its carved staircases, shaded balconies, and private rooftop terrace echo the proportions of a Newar palace, while remaining intimately connected to the rhythm of the hotel. Restored lattice windows filter the light, and each floor unfolds with handcrafted furniture from our workshops, woven textiles, and artworks that speak of Kathmandu’s lineage. Expansive yet grounded, it is a residence in every sense — storied, graceful, and entirely its own.
