A journey through Himalayan Wellbeing— created for the rhythms of a woman's body, mind and spirit.
Enquire NowTHE PHILOSOPHY
A GRADUAL RECHARGE OF FEMININE ENERGY CENTERS
Rooted in ancient Himalayan wellbeing practices, the experience is created around the woman as a whole — her body, breath, energy, emotions, creativity and sense of self. Each day gently builds upon the last, moving from grounding and restoration to nourishment, balance, rejuvenation and reflection.
Through women-centered movement, Ayurvedic therapies, breathwork, meditation, sacred rituals, nature, creativity, nourishing food and moments of stillness, the journey creates space to reconnect
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
This initial conversation helps shape your experience at the Sanctuary, allowing treatments and practices to be approached with greater personal relevance.
